Two new walls for Berlin. Don John and Shepard Fairey have visited the city by an invitation of Urban Nation Berlin. The housing association of the Mehringplatz in Kreuzberg had the idea to enhanced their neighborhood.

Shepard Fairey used his stay in Berlin to place a lot of stickers and his famous OBEY. Have a look around in Mitte, Kreuzberg and Neukölln. The photo here following I have done at Kottbusser Tor

Two years ago, my app Street Art Berlin was the first time available in the App Store.
Berlin is the mecca for street art lovers. Huge blind walls serve as canvas for impressive wall paintings. Artists like Blu, Roa, Vhils and Victor Ash converted the streets into a posh gallery. While some of the murals were destroyed or painted over, some new appeared in the cityscape of Berlin. Here, the work ‘Dream Scape’ of Twoone from 2014.

Bei meinem Aufenthalt in London habe ich die Street Art der Stadt mit 144 Fotos dokumentiert. Ein Großteil der Fotos ist auf einer geführten Tour durch den Stadtteil Shoreditch entstanden. Die Touren von Dave kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.
